Why I donated clothes and dolls for Africa
“Hello I’m Carly. I’m 9 years old and I live in Portland Oregon. I wanted to help the African kids, if I was in their position I would like dolls and nice clothes. Here is how I did it.
Well my aunt was going to Africa and my mom had told me a lot about Africa so I wanted to help. I decided how to bring in clothes and toys for them. Well I decided to have my classmates help me to gather the clothes and toys. For about a week or so people brought clothes in. On the last day I put in my clothes. Nobody really brought in toys so I gave all of my dolls I had collected from yearly presents from my family. Some dolls that I thought they would like.
And that’s how I did it.
